          We are at the end of our health unit in 6 grade and this is my CSI.  The color that relates to health is white. I choose the color blue because it reminds me of a nice peaceful day with no bully situations. Also blue can represent a pretty day compared with a gray day it isn't pretty and bully seems more likely to occur on a day like that. Plus cyberbully.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               The symbol that I choose to describe health is the night sky because to have a good sleep you need to stay in the dark and also sleep can effect you emotional attitude the next day.  The next day you will be grumpy and tired, upset etc.  With a good sleep you will be the opposite happy, a kid should sleep 8- 10 hr at night.  It also helps your mental health.

          I chose this plate for my image because this plate has many vegetables, grains and proteins. It doesn't have fruits neither dairy.  This will make you health and will help you with you physical emotions like When doing sports. It will also make you strong/ healthy.

Self Assessment

          

          For inclusive I think I deserve a 3 because I work with diverse partners and usually my group has boys and girls however sometimes it doesn't happen.  Also I try to convince grouping with other people. Perseverance and risk taker I think I would get a 3 because I try my best in class all the time when writing blogposts, talking about bullying, sleeping etc.  Talking and acting about these subjects I like doing that.  I persevere when something is hard I try my best even when I don't get it. For curious I get a 3 because I ask good questions for me and my class to answer I keep eye contact and ears to the teacher.  Last but not least Responsible I think a deserve a 4 because I always do my homework, never come late to class and always bring the correct materials to class.

1.    Nutrition is is about having a balanced diet by eating all the foods you need. Not one and not the other.

2.   Nutrients supply and help your body grow and for it to stay healthy.  

3.  We should balance our diet by have a balanced meal like a bit of vegetables, a bit of grains, fruits etc. 

4.  We should eat food to help us on our physical activities and one important type of food that will help is protein to help you stay healthy while doing sports.

        Bullying Is when you are harassing someone multiple times either verbally or physically. On the left image above you can see an example of how the tall boy is bullying the smaller boy and almost punching.  This is an example of physical bullying. The other image shows verbal bullying because the person is laughing at someone.

        Besides the physical and verbal bullying there is also cyberbullying, such as the image above. Cyberbullying is when someone bullies another person on the internet, where it is hard to delete the emails they send you.  

        The best way to deal with a bullying situation is to use the HA HA SO STRATEGIES. H stands for help, you could seek help from a supervisor, teacher or a friend so they can talk and resolve it for you. A stands for assert, which means you say what you are feeling about this.  H stands for humor, meaning to laugh about it. A stands for avoid, is to just walk away, or in a cyberbully attack you should block the person, ignore the email or delete the email before looking at it. S stands for self talk, means you are telling yourself that you are strong and no one is going to put you down. O stands for own it, which means to admit you did something.

        The core values that I can connect with in a bullying situation are responsible and risk taker.  Responsible because you have to tell someone that a person is being bullied, so that this won't happen anymore. The second core value is risk taker, because you must have courage to speak up and defend yourself and others. 

        As a conclusion, bullying is like a bird without wings that can't fly because a wingless bird can't be free to fly.

Six Steps to Making a Good Decision 

6 steps

     There are six steps you should follow before making any decision.  Think about these steps before you do something and don't directly skip to the last part. 

     First you should think to yourself what is the problem. Then you need to remember your beliefs, what is important. After that you can note the options that are available.  Furthermore you should think of what the consequences will be if you don't do what you are supposed to do.  Then you should decide, act and organize your time wisely. Last you should think what will be the result if you do this.  

     An example is you really want to go to the movies with your friends. The movie was released that day and it is supposed to be very good, also it would be fun to go with them.  However, you have a very important Summative assessment coming up the next day.  It is a group project and your friends all did their part but you haven't done yours, and you want to get a good result. 

      What should you do? One idea is you could do a bit of both, but then you will probably get a worse grade.  Another option is to do your work, because studying is more important and you could watch the movie another time.   After looking at these options the best one is the second one, because your work will be in a high level and your group will be proud with you.  As for the core values that I have learned at Graded, the on that applies is critical thinker and responsible So again, try always to follow these steps, because they will always help in making a great decision.
